Organisation

RenM|Matrix feels very strongly about independence and own initiative. Our organisation could also be described as a flexible matrix organisation.

RenM|Matrix employs about 30 employees at this moment. About half of them is active as a researcher. The other half carries out supporting services in the field of automation, documentation, secretariat, administration. RenM|Matrix is not only a nice company to work for, but also to work with as a client. Employees are specialists and employees from different departments continually work together on projects. They are flexible, open, customer-oriented, involved and enjoy their work.

Per project you will have, as a client, one contactperson who will arrange all practicalities with you. This research executive can always appeal to the specific expertise of his or her colleagues at RenM|Matrix. This ensures that you, as a client, will always receive the optimal mix of involvement and expertise.
