Facilities

RenM|Matrix disposes of high quality facilities. Our facilities are focussed on conducting a wide range of research methodologies for a wide range of clients. We have both facilities for qualitative research as quantitative research.

Available research facilities:

• 80 CATI-stations in home (dailer, ISDN, VOIP)
• about 150 callcentre agents
• about 150 face to face interviewers, national spread, partly equipped with Capi equipment
• Tacho-visio-equipment
• OMR-OCR-hardware for processing pen and paper research
