Opinion research
For the public at large opinion research is, next to electoral research, the best known and eye catching kind of research. For the research profession this is not undividedly fortunate, because exactly within that part of research there is a lot of useless data.
To many people opinion research consists only of questions of the kind "yes-no-no opinion" which do not excel in differentiating. So newspapers regularly report research results the relevance or the reliability of which is doubtful.
Despite the fact that opinion research has to cope with the handicap of being carried out mostly quickly, briefly and to the point in order to stay credible, it is still the researcher's duty to consider the definition of a problem and the phrasing of a question.
RenM|Matrix is capable of carrying out quick and efficient opinion research without losing sight of the necessary rules of carefulness and reliability.
