RenM|Matrix, for all the ins and outs of the financial sector

RenM|Matrix conducts research for amongst others banks and insurance companies. We developed research methods specifically for the financial service sector. Examples are our customer satisfaction and  employee involvement studies and our complaints monitor. A very important link in the service profit chain is employee behaviour, which determines to a large extent how a customer feels treated. Financial service providers will have to ensure that they excel in order to stay ahead of competition. Involvement is the key.
